They do the work in the timeframe they estimate and always communicate with us to let us know what is going on and ask before proceeding with the work. I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest ... read more I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! Dave Crosby and his auto techs, and Robin in the front office are as good as it gets. The staff of this business goes the extra mile to insure that your vehicle is repaired or maintained quickly and at reasonable prices for great work. Customer service is top shelf. Every time I run into the person that referred me to Crosby, I thank him for doing so. Great work by a team that you can trust, speedy service at reasonable prices. What more is there?
