He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I would recommend them to everyone

Not only are his rates very low, Ryan always tries to save the customer money. Additionally, Ryan keeps an eye out for potential future problems, so you get a "heads up" rather than a nasty surprise. Perhaps most importantly, Ryan is totally HONEST! Before I met Ryan I was looking for a mechanic. Now... I HAVE A NEW MECHANIC FOR LIFE!
I took my car into MPG a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They told ... read more I took my car into MPG a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They told me they couldn't complete it because my front left strut mount was shot. They would need to replace the strut mount and both front struts, which would cost $825. My struts had just been changed out 18 months before (they didn't think I was smart enough to remember?), so I bought a new left front strut mount (for 20% less than what MPG was going to charge me) at a car parts store, and a friend of mine changed out. Except it didn't need to be changed out. There was nothing wrong with it. Not only did they lie about the whole need for repair--beginning to end--but they wasted a couple hours of my friend's Saturday afternoon. If I could give MPG negative stars, I would.
