Requested a transmission service and to inspect the front suspension and diagnose why the check engine light was on. They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!

Dealer called to day AC condenser was bad,it worked fine that day and previous days. Dealer forst agreed to pay 8 days car rental,then agreed to pay all rental car. Today over a week after car rental fee removed from charge on credit card to removal,now got charged for 7 days . Nothing about this repair is right. Called for 10 day check up ? Told system was down and they're too busy. I guess I no longer have a warranty?
