Less than 5 months later, my Jeep began leaking really bad again. About 5 months later like clockwork, my Jeep started leaking bad for the third time. In my opinion, I believe they did not do a complete and thorough check of all potential leak problems or they lack the skillsl to do the job right the first time. Was impressed by the service Nicole and Sean provided. Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional. Oh Wow! What happened to Doug the "Car Czar" that we all used to watc... read more Oh Wow! What happened to Doug the "Car Czar" that we all used to watch on tv and trust him and value his opinion??? Have you ever seen anyone crash so fast and hard- all I see are reviews that he's ripping people off and dis-satisfied customers. This is so sad to watch happen. Sometimes people just go off the rails and it snowballs and before you know it things are out of control. How long can the business stay open at this rate? Really sad to see- I hope he can turn his business and reputation around but what are the odds of that?
