It is more on expensive side but they match lowest costs for tires, offer great deals whenever they can, which is more often than not, and provide great costumer service. Although they sell tires, and have a huge variety of them, they do sooo much more! Everything from putting on new tires and alignments to installing new breaks and fixing basically anything thats broken...i have yet to hear them say they can't do something to a costumer. If parts are needed that they dont already have there, they are usually there next day which is the best when it comes to car needs! Chris has always been our sales guy and he's helpful and just superb. And Mike and the guys in the back are great. They all know their stuff and offer advice and generally if you ask them to check something extra out, while they're putting on tires or something, they will hook you up like no other! They go above and beyond for the costumers and are the best of anyone we've been to! Thanks American Tire Depot, wish more shops were as helpful and accommodating as y'all are! (I get nothing for this review...they've just helped me out so much and made my ride so much safer for my 4 month old and I and i am very thankful for it!) Alina C.
We provided a Ford Ranger to Armstrong Auto Sales to sell for us. It ... read more We provided a Ford Ranger to Armstrong Auto Sales to sell for us. It sat on the lot for about 3 weeks before it sold. Armstrong Sales did not notify us of the sale and release the vehicle to the buyer. When we noticed that the truck was no longer on his lot, we stopped in to inquire. Armstrong Auto Sales stated that they sold the truck and that he is a licensed auto sales dealer. We will need receive payment in 7 to 10 business days for the sale of this vehicle. We have the original unsigned Title in our posession. We have not received payment for the sale of our truck, we don't know where it is, & if it is insured. We don't even know if it has been paid for. This process for selling our vehicle was not disclosed to us when we signed the contract to have this company sell our vehicle. A few days after we delivered the truck to Armstrong Auto Sales to sell for us, we received a duplicate Title (which we did not order). We will be contacting DMV to find out if Armstrong Auto Sales ordered another duplicate title and changed the address on it to go to them. How else could they sell the vehicle? Who signed the duplicate Title to release the vehicle to the buyer?
