I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!
This place is horrible. They ran my wife and I off the property while ... read more This place is horrible. They ran my wife and I off the property while insulting us and calling us liars. The sad part is that if the guy had simply admitted he didn't listen to us when we told him about the car having had the engine replaced before instead of calling us liars, he could have kept a customer. I guess pride and poor business practice is just more important to him.
