The man who answered began telling me about other things that would possibly need to be repaired once he "got in there". I said that I was only interested in hearing the cost of the actual repair I called about and was told "that's fine if you just want the car to run for half a year". Why would I risk going to this place. I guess I would be an idiot if I went there since he is letting me know upfront that he will be "finding other repair costs". No thanks!

They treated me fairly and kept me updated while my car was being repaired. I also used their shuttle service which went out of their way to get me to their shop and home. I would recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs car repair.

I'm not mechanically inclined so the fear of being taken advantage of by mechanics is a constant cause for concern, so when my rig broke down on the freeway with a time sensitive load I used A-1 by a recommendation of a friend. After talking to the very helpful lady on the phone their mechanic George showed up within the hour. I was impressed by his knowledge and his concern to get me back on the road in time to make my delivery. Apparently the problem was common for my year/model of truck so he already had the parts on his service truck! I was back on the road in no time. Best of all... his price was completely fair and actually cheaper than i had expected. The guy actually offered me his lunch! Thanks A-1, I have your card on my visor and we will definitely be doing business again soon!
