My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get i... read more My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!

I recently had my 1st experience bringing my 2005 Cooper S (as I've always worked directly with a dealership). I wanted to experience something different other than high prices for repairs and I certainly got what I was looking for. I made my appointment online, and due to some glitch, they didn't receive my request, however, with a follow up phone call, I was promptly scheduled. They couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. I had some follow up questions and sent an email. I received a phone call back from the owner and he answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. Day of appointment (I needed to wait), they promptly took my car in, reviewed my list of needs and took me through each step of what they would do and the costs. The entire experience was amazing and I will definitly be back. I spent 1/2 the money I would have have at the dealership and the experience was like working with a local shop vs the "big boys".
