Herbert has a professional calmness that exudes knowledge and confidence. You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Herbert's fees are fair and he will tell you exactly what your car needs- and perhaps more importantly, what your vehicle does not need. I am very pleased that I trusted Herbert with my C300 sport package AMG, and expect to return for any and all future service needs. sincerely, Stan Kelley

My black Mercedes had some overspray, fine scratches and bird droppings on my car. The experience and knowledge of the detailing technician was excellent. My paint looks show car ready and the interior looks brand new. The interior leather conditioning, interior fabric guard and show room engine detailing service was included in my online purchase. Added bonus the VIP Consultation includes bumper to bumper analysis of recommended services and this is available at your home or business location. Best experience, highly recommend.

My son went there for a free car wash and the guy washing the cars asked if he could remove my son's antenna for the car wash. My son told him he could. They guy then came back and asked my son if he could just "break it off". My son told him no and got in his car and left. Later that night he noticed the plastic on the antenna was missing pieces and broken. That is why the car wash guy asked him if he could "break it" because he had already broken it while trying to remove the antenna. My son went back and the man there, obviously in charge, denied he was the owner or manager. My son asked the employees who the manager was and they would not tell him. He returned the next day and one of the workers pointed out the manager (the man from the previous day who denied being the manager). My son went over to him and told him he knew he was the manager and the man got angry and said "who told you, I'm the manager?" My son told him he was not going to tell him. He got the man to reluctantly look at his car and he barely glanced at it and said "old damange" and walked away. My son followed him, still trying to explain to him what happened. The man told my son to leave or he was going to call the police and my son told him to go ahead and call them. He told my son to stop trying to get something for nothing and to work for his own things. I can't believe this is how someone is going to do business. We are talking about a $30.00 antenna. Do not give this company your business. They will not take responsiblility for any damage they do to your vehicle. We do not need people who do business like this in our city.
