I ordered a part yesterday and called today asking where my receipt and tracking was. I was told to email them (after asking if I had a pen and paper available) tried sending an email and the email address was phony. I called back and the next lady I spoke to said no supervisor was available there was nothing I could do. If I didn't already order the part I'd sell my in dash dvd and never be bothered with this company again!!
We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service ... read more We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!
Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did... read more Went here on a referral with a coupon to have AC service. Mechanic did a good job , didn't try to up charge me. Honesty and integrity very much appreciated don't find that with a lot of mechanics these days!
