The repairs were done even sooner than I anticipated. They answered all my questions and helped me deal with my insurance. They really did a superb job and went the extra mile, they threw in some additional repairs that were not related to the claim at hand. My car looks new! Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!
