His work is good and the pricing is fair. I wouldn't think of taking my cars anywhere else, and recommend this garage without reservation.
Do not go to Louisville Tire. I took my car to get it aligned here. Th... read more Do not go to Louisville Tire. I took my car to get it aligned here. The first time they aligned my car they did it incorrectly and I had to take it in again. They also installed my two rear directional tires in backwards. When I confronted the manager in regards to this issue, he said he was sorry, admitted fault for installing my tires backwards and he said couldn't do anything about it. He also told me that I didn't know anything about cars and that my car nor my tires will be effected by installing tires in backwards (contrary to conventional knowledge). In addition, when I took my car in to get an alignment, the manager tried to up-sell me on additional services that were not needed (my dealership also confirmed that said services were not needed). The manager explicitly told me that I didn't know anything about cars, that is probably why he was trying to up-sell me on unneeded services. Louisville Tire does not even deserve one star for services that are not done correctly the first time. I don't trust this company and will never go here again for fear of being taken advantage of and having to deal with a manager who does not appreciate his customers and/or doesn't treat his customers in a professional way.
