They've gone above and beyond, even giving me a ride home when I had none and when the work was expected to take some time. Even during the busiest times, Ron manages to fit us in and he does it with a smile. Simply the best car repair place we've ever been to!

I thought they'd tried to get me in and out so fast but the mechanic stayed after his shift was over to help me. I couldn't be happier with the service so even though I own a Honda I brought my car to them for my next service. Its been 4 years now and I still feel like a friend when I walk in and Joe, Mike, Helene and the gang make me feel comfortable, like they're not going to rip me off like the guys in new rochelle. thanks for staying honest, dch toyota city has a class act bunch. I may even buy a toyota next month when my lease is up :0)
I had my 19 year old son take my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder to this facili... read more I had my 19 year old son take my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder to this facility for an “oil change” just like I had done in 2009 and 2010. On this particular occasion the person at the store (Mr. Torres) assisted my son. While my son asked for an oil change, he was told that he needed a fluid exchange since the car was old. My son said “oh ok”, gave them my credit card and they proceeded with the work. They took so long that my son called home to tell his mom he would be late for dinner and wondered why it was taking so long. When finished, the workers handed my son a bill for $632.83.
