They quoted me on a part we then called back to get the part and they lost it and then they found and 3 days later I called them back to only find out they did not have it any more. What a joke if you want a run around then this is the place to go.For me never again I am running a successful shop and will not include them in my list of vendors.

When asked whether the recommended alignment was necessary, Gary Shelomis, service manager, confirmed that it was necessary and that it needed to be fixed before I could drive my car. Because of the $130 price of the alignment, I asked for second opinions from Firestone and Town Fair Tire. Both reviewed a printout of Bob Thomas Ford’s alignment measurements and advised that an alignment would not be “necessary” and that $130 would be excessive for an alignment even if it were necessary.
