We Visited Goodyear 2/14/15 thinking we were visiting a great place th... read more We Visited Goodyear 2/14/15 thinking we were visiting a great place that turn to be our nightmare. After paying over $1000 my husband left there thinking he was good til he got on 295 and felt the truck shaking. I told him we need to call. The faster he went the worse it got, so we avoiding an accident got off the next exit and called them. They sent someone to look at it and found the mechanic forgot to put a bolt back and if he would have kept going on 295 could have been a bad accident ( thank God it wasn't me ). Told him sending tow truck which takes 45 minutes that turned into 2 hr 48 mins later. With all this the manager left the site with his co- worker waiting til we arrived, as I see it that is not a small mistake that's a bad one cause if it was me driving I may have stayed on 295 ( and no telling what would have happened). With that being said please don't take your car/truck for any mechanic work they don't stand behind there work and still having problems.. Still waiting on response from corporate.
