They did put tire on rim, but as I pulled out my tire light turned on for one of the van tires I was driving on. I made a Uturn and pulled back in to look. Well, the tire was punctured on their property because of all the debris & junk they have all over their driveway. I pointed it out, they went to repair it but the damage was so bad the tire was destroyed. They would not replace it. On top of that, the customer service guy would not give me receipt for tire exchange or his name.

After 20 days, one developed a slow leak so we returned to the shop. When the tires were put on, the "technician" over-tightened the lug nuts, so when they tried to take the wheel off, they stripped the bolt. After attempting to remove the wheel by hacking at it, ruining the alloy wheel by trying to gouge the bold loose, (they did not have the proper equipment to use heat) they said that we would have to return at a later date when the "technician" could "bring some tools from home." Today we called to inquire if it would be a good time to bring the car back. We were then informed that the speaker on the telephone remembered us and told us we were out of luck because "as I told your husband, you have faulty lug nuts." Ah, yes. I'm a woman so I'm supposed to fall for the "faulty lug nut" line. I started to complain and he hung up on me. I know enough about cars to understand that perhaps my lug nuts are of lesser quality but I was not the person who used a pneumatic impact tool to put the wheel back on in the first place. Further, I'm not the person who gouged my alloy wheels with chisels when attempting to remove the nut/bolt. Their attitude seems to be one of a big "*&%@ you." They refuse to make this right. I am out one wheel and a lot of money to take it to an ethical professional, which is what I should have done in the first place.
