After it stopped working again I called and was told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. They called and let me know what the issue and cost of repair would be . I stated that I did not have another $550 dollars until I got paid to get the repair done until next week. I went to pick up my vehicle and was told that I am being charged $109 dollars for a "diagnostic fee" that with out paying I would not be able to get my car back. At no point with my initial conversation, drop off or being told the diagnostic was I told that there would be a fee. When questioned about this they stated its a new policy that doesn't have to be disclosed. That is unbelievable to me , to my understanding no work or cost can be charged without being approved through the client and at no point was that discussed or even suggested. Do not trust this business.

My car was still leaking oil after the first time. Second time Martel Auto said they would get it fixed not to worry. I trusted them again. The third time was not a charm but the beginning of a nightmare. Oil and transmission leaks bigger than before. All the could offer me was excuses and to take my entire engine out to find where the leak is coming from. This really hurts. I trusted you guys. You stole $800.00 for a job that never got done. You won't touch my car again.

We had several recommendations for him so we called before going out of town for a week and dropped it off to pick up when we returned. He did all the work for a very reasonable price and it's been perfect ever since. We were very happy to find him.
