If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli
