The Honda Dealership used these guys to repair windows. After my windo... read more The Honda Dealership used these guys to repair windows. After my window was replaced, I no longer had AM Radio. I checked the back, and the wire had been cut during the replacement. When I took it to the dealership, they called Auto Glass Specialists, the repairman who had done the work on my car came out to the dealership and said nothing was wrong. I told him about the cut wire, and he said that someone else must have cut it (implying that it was me) and that it was already cut when he started working on it. I can understand blaming it on another technician, but to imply that the owner of the vehicle cut the wire on his own car...why the hell would I do that? I didn't even know where the wire was until AM went out and I had to look it up online.
Do not use this business. Daughters 2003 Honda brought in the morning ... read more Do not use this business. Daughters 2003 Honda brought in the morning for removal and application of tint. Received call around 3 pm that the car could not be finished and there was an excuse that the weather was too cool or some type of emergency happened. They had partially removed tint from the passenger side window. When husband went to pick up the car one of the employees was complaining that she could not get the parking brake to lower and my husband had to do it. When my daughter got in the car she noticed that the boot around the parking brake was missing. The owner of the shop would not admit that it happened when the car was there. Their service is bad.
