Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!
Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recomm... read more Lost $1400 due to their faulty AC repair. They did diagnostics, recommended replacement of the compressor. Quoted me verbally (even though I asked for a written estimate). I paid the $1400, take it home, and the AC is not working. I take it back and their saying there's something new. When I asked what it would cost to finish the job, they say "expensive." On top of that Ms. King was so obnoxious about taking my money and failing to complete the work properly. BUYER BEWARE!
The owners/administrators and quality of service is HORRIBLE. They are... read more The owners/administrators and quality of service is HORRIBLE. They are the most RUDE, and unpolite people. They are not interested in helping the customers or keeping them !!! ANYONE MAKES MISTAKES, BUT THE HORRIBLE AND RUDE TREATMENT IS UNNACCEPTABLE. Went for an oil change and the mechanic forgot to put new oil. They said it was ready and I Drove away and two blocks later my motor broke down. It turns out they never replaced the old oil and instead left my car empty!!!! I had to go back and the owners were so rude. Especially the old lady in the front and uncle of the owner/ the administrators !! They never apologized or were willing to help even if the mistake had been theirs. The mechanic realized it was his mistake and wanting to fix it ! The owners wanted me to leave and insisted that I needed to leave that they didnt care and they needed to close. What was a 15-20 minute oil change turned into a whole day where I lost my working day, was never offered water or help, and was kicked out.
