A friend who had gotten ill and had heart bypass surgery brought his pick up for repair there over a year ago. A man named Fred Baum told my friend that he paid the mechanic $600 to fix the truck . The truck has sat there over a year and has not been fixed,,..and then we find out that this guy Fred never paid a dime for any repairs......( who is a buddy of the mechanic) Three times the mechanic told me that he WAS fixing the truck ...... Well the truck NEVER got fixed, Joe the owner pulled a fast one and stole the vehicle from my friend by putting the title in his name......

Beyond their quality of work (which is outstanding) the entire staff is honest and forthright. Its a refreshing change.

They are servicing a high mileage 12 year old Lexus and a high mileage 4 year old Buick Enclave for me. Much more fair on prices than any dealer. Courteous, funny, and down to earth. They don't come up with "hidden problems or charges." If more places in all businesses in Naples would take a lesson from these guys, they might stay in business longer. Being fair and treating the customer right go a long way for this older Naples resident. I tell neighbors about them and they go there and are just as satisfied with them as I am. And now they are going to take care of my 2012 SS Camaro!!!!
