Everyone we came in contact with during the process of getting our truck repaired was friendly and professional. Our truck is 25 years old and so the bolts at the manifold were old and rusty. One of them broke off flush when being removed and took quite a bit of extra work to drill and tap. Communication with us was excellent throughout the diagnosis and repair process and the work was completed in a very timely manner. Even though it took an additional 3 hours to get the troublesome bolt out, the final price was very fair. We feel extremely lucky to have found Best Choice Auto Care and will continue to use them for our car repair needs. I highly recommend them.

The owner is arrogant and only cares about robbing his customers on their first visit. He couldn't care less if he gets repeat business. He charged me $300 to replace parts that weren't even damaged, and then was not willing to be fair about solving the problem when the A/C went out again 2 weeks after his repairs. Horrible!!!
