Driving at 1:30 AM to my house, a deer suddenly jumped in front of my pick up truck. The collision caused extensive front end damage to the hood, grill, radiator and frame. Josh at Bernie's Body Shop looked at the damage, reviewed the insurance estimate and identified damage the insurance estimator missed. My insurance company accepted the additional damage and paid the full claim. All repair work exceeded my expectations, was completed on time and my vehicle was returned to me looking like new. I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. Came to Chev Center in because rattle under car and hissing. Classic Symptoms of bad catalytic converter. Causes over heating and poor fuel mileage. Worker did not check to see if catalytic converter was bad. Worker just brushed me off. Worker just treated a result of bad cat converter not the cause. When I asked about the rattle, worker just said caused by string hanging from door. Ha Ha. Coordinators who take info on cars are inexperienced and untrained. This lack of skill by those working on cars has cost me $800 in extra repairs so far and Cat Converter is not repaired.
