Being new to the South Florida area I wasn’t sure where I should take my Audi to have it worked on. I came across Foreign Affairs when I was searching online and it looked like a promising shop. I wasn’t mistaken, as soon as I waked in the door I was amazed by the professional set up of the shop and the professionalism of its staff. They were more then happy to talk me through everything and even gave me a tour of the shop! By far the cleanest and most organized shop I have been too. I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on.
