Convertible top not working that Mitsubishi claimed only needs center ... read more Convertible top not working that Mitsubishi claimed only needs center cylinder but no longer has part. Ronin insists on ordering the part. He apologizes for delay after couple of weeks. Tells me he will discount a day car rental. He then claims the left cylinder is also needed. So I purchased this part online. Next week, he claims might as well get the right side leaking a little to do it right. So purchase 3rd cylinder. His wife claimed no work is done without a written estimate. When asked for it, Ronin says she is too busy. It will only be a couple hours labor, but I have a free oil change, and car wash with a year guarantee. Online estimate of auto repair is $80-$120 by dealers. So pickup car with $600 cash and notice a ping in the fender with nicks. He denies responsibility. Then,top does not close up after 2 days. Ronin finally claims the 3 parts installed work, but now need 2 block cylinders costing $400 each, and refuses further work with rebuilt parts. You be the judge of this crook.
