As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! The work on my car was impeccable, Duwayne even took care of arranging my car rental pickup and drop off... thank you for such an incredible job!
Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommo... read more Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.
As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professiona... read more As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron!
