When I complained about the paint having bad orange peal, first the guy acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and then he stated that even new cars have it. When I pushed harder about how horrible the paint job was he said he would have had to buff the paint to get rid of the orange peal but still insisted it was a good paint job. I assume that he considers it a good paint job since there were no bare spots because that is the only part of the paint job that could be considered good. It amazes me how quality and work ethic is becoming a thing of the past. I will never go back to this place!!!!
I have had my car in their shop on three different times under a re re... read more I have had my car in their shop on three different times under a re repair of Collission work done, the manager Bruce Dexter has made every excuse for the car not to be done right. Has not done the work properly noted by Nationwide who said terrible craftmanship. I left it again for the last two days went to pick up and they had damaged the paint and then the left side of bumper was sticking out. He was not going to fix it at first, then told me he would place it in the shop! and get to it, I watch from accross the street long and behold they were in the parking lot of the shop no bumper off, doing something, when I call He said Oh yea we have it torn apart, I told him I was watching, then they took the bumper off. beware of this
I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I... read more I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I have got the run around from the owner over and over and that is when he answers the phone most of the time there is no answer and no call back when you leave messages. I drove my car there and I had to go pick it up today with a tow truck because not it's not drivable. Did I mention it's still not done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
