In contrast, RPM technicians are highly trained, not only mechanically but on the latest computerized technology. Since all autos these days are run by computers, they keep up on the latest diagnostic technology; then apply this new technology to your automobile. Doing this will most likely pinpoint your problem, saving you time and money. If you give them an opportunity I’m sure they will meet your auto repair expectations as they did mine. If not, talk to Tommy the manager, if given the chance, I’m sure he will try his best to make it right. They have 10 locations in Jacksonville, so it’s likely there’s a facility near you. Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

If you want some cheap half assed work done, dont come here, they want to do it right. The prices are reasonable, and the work is very professional. Anytime I have asked them to look as something they have, not only that but they show me what they have found and explain it a language I can understand. Cant stress enough how honest and professional they are. I already have recommended them to a few people, and will continue to rave about them to anyone with car troubles.
