And when I called to check on his arrival after he missed the appt, he couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. This guy is not ready for business.

I called from Pensacola Fl. and Pernell answered and said he would go see what he can do. I pray for him and my daughter. Time is running out. I wait to hear from him. I pray he can get her car running.
