I was impressed with how quick and efficient the tech was. I initially came in looking to buy a new blue tooth enabled stereo, but once it was installed, the tech showed me how bad my speakers were. Instead of charging me for four new speakers, the owner only sold me two speakers. He told me that my rear speakers worked perfectly and that I didn't need the additional pair. He could have lied and easily have sold me the additional speakers, but he didn't. It's hard to find that type of honesty in any business. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I checked the back, and the wire had been cut during the replacement. When I took it to the dealership, they called Auto Glass Specialists, the repairman who had done the work on my car came out to the dealership and said nothing was wrong. I told him about the cut wire, and he said that someone else must have cut it (implying that it was me) and that it was already cut when he started working on it. I can understand blaming it on another technician, but to imply that the owner of the vehicle cut the wire on his own car...why the hell would I do that? I didn't even know where the wire was until AM went out and I had to look it up online.
