I had been going to Richard's Auto for over two years to get oil changes on my household's two vehicles - never had a problem till now.  Richard's was to work on my 99 Camry's throttle and while checking and cleaning it the air in-take hose was broken.  Not only did Richard's not inform me of the damage - when I discovered the problem and took it back they refused to take ownership of the problem and would not help me by correcting the broken part.  Congrats Richard's you lost a customer for life over a mistake and a $30 part that your guys broke.  Good job - keep it up, I'm sure in this economy running off customers is a good business model.
