They were very helpful and there was no charge. I also get my oil change there. And they never charge me for anything. I didn’t need. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We had a run-in with construction debris that blew out two tires on our new car when we were passing through Alachua. Alan worked some magic and found the (odd size) tires we needed in another city and was able to get us on our way the next day. He kept in touch with us to let us know how things were going the whole time we were there. He even called to make sure the tires were performing to our satisfaction and that we had gotten home safely. Amazing customer service from great mechanics and really good, honest people! Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and hon... read more Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and honest. I have had repairs done when needed and the techs have told me when I didn't need repairs. The repairs have always been done well and the follow up is included. I have not found a more honest or reputable establishment. I will return to Clay Count Transmission when I need work again.
