This man is a liar and a crook. He sold me a veh... read more This man is a liar and a crook. He sold me a vehicle that he knew had a blown head gasket. A mechanic I took it to found stop leak in the radiator, a common trick for disreputable car lots to use to hide the fact that the vehicle is loosing water through the head gasket. His ad on ebay stated in CAPITAL Letters that the vehicle DOES NOT OVERHEAT. It overheated on the way home, and again the next day. I called him the second day and tolod him a mechanic had diagnosed a blown head or head gasket. He PROMISED he would buy the vehicle back or furnish me another vehicle. This has been over a month ago. I have called every day and he has been putting me off with excuse after excuse. Finally he started rejecting my calls. I know this because I called him from my phone 2 times and went to his voicemail. I had a friend call him from a different area code and he answered on the third ring. I then called him again 2 more times and got the answering machine both times.
Paid these clowns a $500.00 deposit through Ebay & Pay Pal to hold the... read more Paid these clowns a $500.00 deposit through Ebay & Pay Pal to hold the car and then drove 485 miles to pick the car up and when I got there the car was unsafe to drive (front brakes gone and also when you applied brakes car made a loud thumping sound coming from rear drum brakes) All the other problems with the car were NOT DISCLOSED in listing and the pictures in the listing were very deceptive. When arrived to pick up car the owner was no where to be found and appeared to be hiding and we had to deal with his mother. Basically don't make the same mistake as me and send them money,also have a pre purchase inspection done by someone first if you live 485 miles away. Since I can't leave 0 stars I have to leave one. Nissan South, Morrow, GA.recently made fraudulent repair recommendatio... read more Nissan South, Morrow, GA.recently made fraudulent repair recommendations for my vehicle and refused to provide parts that were replaced in the repairs that were completed. I had the vehicle evaluated at Nalley Lexus,Smyrna, to find the exhaust leak needed a bolt tightened (that was visibly hanging) - rather than the $1356.50 repair (Nissan South) and emergency brake required adjustment - $220(Nissan South). I have attempted to resolve this with Mr. Ralph Gray, Service Manager and with Chad Morse, Fixed Operations Director. The only resolution offered was a refund of the $99.00 diagnostic fee for the fraudulent recommendations. They refused to produce proof of the completed repairs as necessary. BBB-Atlanta and Governor's Ofc of Consumer Affairs have alerts for this company. A consumer warning against this facility might save future victims from their fraudulent service recommendations.
