Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! The owner Tahseen and his guys took great care of me and made effort t... read more The owner Tahseen and his guys took great care of me and made effort to bring me in on the repairs, explaining things every step of the way. My car was in and out of the shop for a major issue with the rear differential. The price was fair and they gave me a loaner Jeep to drive while they worked on the car. Paul (the guy who worked on my Volvo) made sure to stay in contact regularly to let me know what was going on and to ask whether or not to go ahead with certain repairs. After my initial repair, I was in an accident where the car spun off the road and rolled onto its side late at night. Tahseen and Paul went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright. After to car was towed to Tuffy, Paul came to the shop personally and made sure my brother and I had a car to get home. Tahseen called to make sure my brother and I were okay. The accident beat my car up but the guys at Tuffy took great care to make sure everything went smoothly. My used Volvo runs better now than it did when I first bought it. They claim to specialize in foreign so I had my Audi towed there from Orland Park, IL.I got suckered because I read a few what I now believe to be fake reviews, so I am putting my real experience out there. They had my car there for a starting issue, I figure it had to be electrical, after promising me that they would have answer for me that same afternoon, I never heard an actual diagnosis for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!!! I called them everyday only to hear the same story from some guy. We are super busy and we will get to you. They are the ones that told me to have it towed and we will have it diagnosed and ready within a day or 2. Well, it get worse, they not only lied to me about the diagnoses saying I needed some sort of modulator but they continued to hold my car hostage for weeks, they tried charging me storage fees and extra fees for time, time that the car just sat!!!! I finally had to pay these people 2800 dollars for no fix and an extra 120 for the tow job. When I got it to a real shop they found out it was a connector issue and had it fixed within 1 hour. This place is a SCAM shop!!! Please believe every word I am saying. Its much worse but I just do not want to get into the daily lies they gave me and me constantly chasing them for answers. Plus the smug look on their ugly faces when they were getting my hard earned money for running a scam. They have been report to the BBB and states attorney.
