The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.

I cannot believe the excellent service they gave me being a woman it seams that auto repair places take advantage of a situation like mine my bumper was hanging down, rubbing my tire, I got an estimate from them ffor what I thought was going to be something simple. After getting the estimate and and realizing bodywork is quite expensive. He gave me the option of just reattaching it after spending over an hour with me and my car charged me nothing, when I insisted I pay he said all he wanted was my business. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I would highly recommend to others to go and try Altox Automotive once and you will become their regular customer.
