They claim to specialize in foreign so I had my Audi towed there from Orland Park, IL.I got suckered because I read a few what I now believe to be fake reviews, so I am putting my real experience out there. They had my car there for a starting issue, I figure it had to be electrical, after promising me that they would have answer for me that same afternoon, I never heard an actual diagnosis for 3 weeks. 3 weeks!!!! I called them everyday only to hear the same story from some guy. We are super busy and we will get to you. They are the ones that told me to have it towed and we will have it diagnosed and ready within a day or 2. Well, it get worse, they not only lied to me about the diagnoses saying I needed some sort of modulator but they continued to hold my car hostage for weeks, they tried charging me storage fees and extra fees for time, time that the car just sat!!!! I finally had to pay these people 2800 dollars for no fix and an extra 120 for the tow job. When I got it to a real shop they found out it was a connector issue and had it fixed within 1 hour. This place is a SCAM shop!!! Please believe every word I am saying. Its much worse but I just do not want to get into the daily lies they gave me and me constantly chasing them for answers. Plus the smug look on their ugly faces when they were getting my hard earned money for running a scam. They have been report to the BBB and states attorney.

Dick Messino was our salesman and I could not speak any higher of an HONEST Used Car Salesman !!!! We were looking for a dependable AWD/4WD vehicle for our youngest son to commute to & from school without going broke. The previous Friday I was in Napleton Dodge and left disgusted when they refused to negotiate on a Jeep with 170,000 miles & a ripped drivers seat. Katts Karrs is directly across the street from the dealership when I spotted the Equinox. I took the Vehicle for a test drive on Friday. Brought my wife & mechanic friend back on Saturday for an additional test drive & purchase the vehicle on Monday. I am extremely happy with my selection of a vehicle. The cleanest SUV inside & out & under the hood that we have seen yet. No hassle - No pressure - Just REALLY NICE VEHICLES. I would recommend Katts Karrs to anyone looking for a Quality Used Vehicle.
