In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. They charged me $70 for a Diagnostic test that had the same information on it as the emissions test that they had just run on my car. They did add an additional part as a necessary replacement although the part wasn't bad. After a friend pointed out that this part wasn't bad, they stated that it was simply a 'suggestion'. I think they should have been more specific although there was no paperwork to be specific on. I got a receipt for my $70. Autozone's free diagnostic tests at least give you some paperwork. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that I knew nothing about car repair and I was probably lying about how useful the test was. Riiiiiight. The owner really argued vehemently with me about returning my money so I guess he needs it more than I do. By the fact that he works another job and the run-down appearance of this location, I finally stopped trying to get a refund on the most useless and outrageously stupid diagnostic test I've ever had. If you want to be treated with respect and common courtesy, go somewhere else. If you want a company that believes that the customer is always right, don't go here.
