They told me the rattle was just a heat shield so no big deal. they did reduce the cost for the exhaust. i paid $5000 out the door. 2 months latter the Transmission failed. they said since the car was so new they gave me a discount. A ford rebuilt (with 3 year warranted) installed for $2800. Within a week the check engine light came on. I tried to take it in but they said its because they put in a new Trans and it will go off. A month latter it started to surge. I took it in and they told me it was the O2 sensors. Ok i pay out $400. 2 days latter the check engine light comes on. They have my car a week! then say the oops it was the MAF. my wife asked them did we really need the 02 sensor? they said probably not. ok they change the MAF (no charge). within a week the check engine light is on. They said it was bad gas and clear it. We didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes on (we live 20 miles away) so we just take it back. They had it 2 weeks! they claim it was actually the Fuel injectors (after roughly 2 weeks) also they messed up putting in the fuel injectors and it blew out the MAF and the injectors. so they had to replace both again! we pick it up. within 3 days teh check engine light comes on yet again. This time they say its the wire to the MAF and they fix it (after 2 weeks). we just pick it up (btw this is around 12/13/20011) we get home and drive to rockford for my daughters gymnastics and it comes on YET AGAIN! i take it in and they call me saying its the o2 sensor then he changed it really fast saying its running lean so its a hole in the exhuast or the spark plugs! When i purchased the car i knew the hole in the exhaust and it never gave a code. I suspect them screwing up with the fuel injectors messed up the spark plugs. I think the company KNEW it had a faulty tr
