5 starI was fortunate to spend Spring Break at Disney with my 3 boys along with my dad and Diane. Got to see fellow Kankakee County people there as the Marching Boilers marched in a parade at the Magic Kingdom and had a super great time. On our way back, apparently due to shotty work done during an oil change here, my mini van had some problems and my boys and I were stuck in Mt Vernon Illinois yesterday not sure we would make it home today or even by Monday. I was given a name, David Parker, owner of Parker Automotive, in Woodlawn IL just west of Mt Vernon on HWY 15. He made sure our van was brought out to him and stayed late on Good Friday to let me know what was wrong. Luckily it is nothing major, just something that occurred during my oil change here. David showed the true meaning of Easter. This morning looking at being stuck in a hotel room til Monday, he lent me a car to drive us back so we can be home for Easter. I ordered my tires about a week ago then I had an appointment on a Tuesday morning when I get there. All of a sudden my tires are not there. I have to reschedule everything and had to get another appointment because you guys couldn’t get my tires there on time and I feel I should’ve got more of a discount Than what you gave me
