I told them about noise coming from the front of the car. I told them it sounds like something in the suspension rattling around. They looked at the car for thirty minutes. Doesn't even seem like enough time to test drive it and then put it on the lift. Seems like they just put it on the lift and checked bolts and called it done. In just a half an hour. I drove an hour to drop it off. They had it done before I even made it home. And the sound is still there. No cookies no car wash...... Nothing fixed. I really can't believe the visit went like this here of all places. Really making me question bringing the car back. Seems like quality really slipped this year

I had bought a used car and after the 60 days all kinds of brake issues came up. I went to a dealer and they quoted me twice the price I paid for the fixes at the Nobel Mechanic. And the customer service at this place is amazing. They kept me posted about all the fixes and I got to choose what to do and what to wait on. They took me home when I had to leave the car there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did great work on my car. They did not treat me like a woman who knows nothing about cars. I will go back to them for every service I need on both my cars.

I called after being recommended from a work associate to have him work on my BMW. It took him a week to diagnose the problem (broke the timing chain and bent the valves). After this he says he has to eemove the head and send it off to be machined. It took him another week of only showing up part time to get the head off and get it to Schmidt automotive on the east side of Indy (which is an who ended up repairing Sparks mistakes). Once the head got back it took about a week and a half for him to get it back on my car. I got a call while at work that my car was finished so as soon as I got home I hopped into it and started it up and it sounded funny, put it in gear and it stalls time and time again. I call Sparks and tell him what's going on and he blames it on me! Says I must have broke it again pulling out of a parking space!! I tell him he has a warranty and he refuses to honor any of the warranty!!!! He then curses at me over and over telling me that I messed it up. I gave him a day and called back to see what he planned on doing to fix this and he just curses at me again! I called Schmidt to come pick the car up and lete know what's wrong and how much it's going to cost to fix it... Turns out that Sparks is an idiot and installed the head with a the valves open and my #6 cylinder at TDC!!!!! He just torqued the head on and forced it on damaging both the piston and re-bending my brand new valves! I called him again with the report from Schmidt telling him that the mechanics agreed that the only way this could have possibly happened was from improper installation... Sparks cursed at me again and refused to do anything about it. Stay away from this guy at all cost! I ended up paying out for the repair twice costing over $4k. USE A REPUTABLE MECHANIC!!!

I had just spent $75-$100 in gas to get up there and taken almost half a day at that point to be away from my family (even after being TDY) to do this deal they said was good, and then they told me that they didn't want my truck because it wasn't 4wd. That meant that I had to spend another $75-$100 and another 6.5-7 hours in the truck to drive back home. Being that I was a little (very) aggitated at this, I demanded they pay for the gas I used to drive there and back since this was something that was NOT my fault, that I had fulfilled everything on my end of our agreement and provided them with all the information about my truck. They offered to fill up my tank, which was around the half way mark and that is it. I understand there was no legal obligation behind our deal since no contract was signed so what they did was perfectly fine in a legal sense. To you Mr. Stanley (whichever one of you decided to make this surprising decision) you have reminded me why I don't deal with dealerships I don't know.
