In today's world, it is no easy task to find a repair shop that has a genuine concern for their customers. I almost felt that it was a lost art, until I found Knight's. They understand you depend on your vehicle and how important it is to you, so they work hard on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. Besides their quality of repairs, what really impresses me is their friendly staff, that will take the time to not only explain what your vehicle needs, but exactly why, and keeping you informed all along the way. I always leave there feeling I am somehow a friend of them , and satisfied the service was performed fair and right! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for a simple oil change figuring that ... read more DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in for a simple oil change figuring that is what i would get. Sign said $23. Turns out that it would have been close to $40. Whatever, i said because i like the idea of supporting local businesses. Then they told me i needed new brakes and shocks and insisted that they would change them right then and there. i declined, then Greg, proceded to call me a young idiot who is going to cause an accident for driving an unsafe car. My car is a 2010 , i went to the nearest ford store and had them check shocks and brakes, and they told me that there was no issue at all. BEWARE, my father was a mechanic and i have nothing but respect for the trade, but there are bad apples out there
