I had bought a used car and after the 60 days all kinds of brake issues came up. I went to a dealer and they quoted me twice the price I paid for the fixes at the Nobel Mechanic. And the customer service at this place is amazing. They kept me posted about all the fixes and I got to choose what to do and what to wait on. They took me home when I had to leave the car there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did great work on my car. They did not treat me like a woman who knows nothing about cars. I will go back to them for every service I need on both my cars.

These guys are the best. My dad used then and got great service back in the day. Glad they continue with great honest service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Big thanks to Dave, John, Andrew and the whole gang.

Great shop to work on your motorcycle

Our family had the same auto mechanic for the past 35 years until recently. He was the owner of a small auto repair shop located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We trusted him to make needed repairs and we never needed to use any dealer repair shops. As a result of his recent retirement I took my Lexus to Butler Toyota to be repaired. I was told that a wire needed to be repaired and due to the vehicle sitting for a while the gas tank, fuel pump, fuel filter and send unit needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately $2100.00. I was told the cost of the gas tank was $800.00 but one could not be located new or used. I found that hard to believe and purchased a used OEM gas tank, fuel pump and send unit in Texas for $200.00 and had it shipped directly to Butler Toyota. It was requested thar all replaced parts be placed in the trunk of the vehicle for the purpose of recycling. When the vehicle was picked up there was no replaced gas tank, no fuel pump and no fuel filter. The only replaced part in the trunk was a send unit. Numerous telephone calls were made regarding the replaced parts but my calls were never returned. I was told that connections to the wireing harness had to be altered. I find this hard to believe due to the parts being OEM. After paying Butler Toyota $1100.00 and returning home it was discovered the right passenger door was dented. The vehicle is operational for now but at the cost of ever trusting the huge dealer repair shops again. It appears to be all about the dollar and not about true customer service.

CATASTROPHIC. I Went to Paul's trailer service to have a used trailer looked at so that I could be on the road with it and ask them to look at the brakes and the bearings. They called me and told me I had two and a half hours of work already done to the trailer with no repairs. They took off all four wheels to determine that they were all too rusty instead of just taking off one and determining that. But it was not worth being rebuilt or needed total rebuilding. The estimate was $2000 which was ridiculous because the other trailer company that called said a thousand. I asked how much money I had in this repair and he said two and a half hours and another two and a half hours to put the wheels back on so four and a half hours at $75 an hour. This guy likes business credibility. I would not take my trailer back there unless you have more money than you can count. In my opinion it is a terrible business KDC in Indianapolis quoted $1000 for the same repair.

My 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has been at this dealership going on 2-months and it is still not complete and they cannot seem to figure it out. The excuses are beyond tiresome to listen to. Extremely frustrated customer.
