Bunyards Service Center Inc

Bought tires for the front wheels of my S10 pickup this morning. They were very helpful, showing me a comparison of options. Soon, I drove away happy with new tires balanced, mounted. In addition to this rather basic service, I have had a variety of repairs on several vehicles through they past decades and always was well impressed with the top notch quality of services and how they look for ways to keep my cost to a minimum.

I called these guys for a quote on a repair another shop said I needed. They had really great pricing so I took it in. After looking at my car they called me and said I didn't need the engine replaced, but the cause of my problem was a restricted catalytic converter. They replaced the catalytic converter and muffler and my car ran again. They saved me over $2000 that I would have spent replacing the engine like the first shop said needed done. After getting the engine running again, they diagnosed a bad ignition coil which was the original cause of my catalytic converter damage. I didn't know driving with a misfire for a long period of time could damage the exhaust, but now I know. Great choice for auto repair and I talked to the owner directly. I'll definitely be referring everyone I know!

Very friendly welcome upon entering Alexander's shop. I was getting an oil change. They found a leak from a broken seal. They take photo's of the damage and come into the waiting room to show you photo's of any problems. It is nice to see proof instead of just having someone tell you something on your vehicle is broken. Very honest, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable staff. Their walls are covered in automotive awards and certifications. It's very impressive and leaves you with the feeling that your vehicle is in very good hands. Angie

If you re looking for a place to buy a car that needs a lot of work done on it, then Affordable Auto is the place for you. I can tell you that I have bought two cars from them (I know, how stupid can I be) and that both of them should have been painted yellow. Their service center is equally bad. Went to get an oil change there today. Was there before they opened at 0730 and was the first person in line. However, they do not take you in the order you get there. They have some mechanics that do certain things. I can truly understand that not all mechanics can do an oil change so that is why they skipped over me in favor of working on the guy that was behind me in line (he needed a cigarette lighter put in). Forgot to say, that even though they open the doors at 0730, they do not actually start working on cars until after 0800. So, if you re bored and want to waste time and money, Affordable Auto can help you out. Reply

Spoke with Salesman about car. Drove two hours to look at vehicle after salesman told me it was a nice vehicles with no issues. When I look at the vehicle the head liner was hanging down and had chunks out of it, needed replaced. The inside smelled like a garbage truck. Allot of dents and faded spots in paint. Just a big disappointment because the salesman had to of know of these issues and did not relay the information. His comment was have a nice drive back home. Do not do business with people you cannot trust.

Beware of this shop - the owner Ray is very nice and seems to be able to answer all questions and gives you a "trust me" attitude. However, they don't stick by the repair work they perform. It is all about the money$$$ and how much he can get from customers. Take your car in for one repair he will founds another issue that is more costly.. Slow turn around had my car for 4 months and when I got it back - my engine blew up. Would not take responsiblity for this however only want to reimburse me for a $600 (A head) item if he as allowed to take of my car and resell but was not willing remedy the problem of the dead engine when he was the cause that he previously stated the engine which was just put into the car was 80/85% in good conditions and "if he did not" change the oil pump that the engine would probably blow up. Well he changed the oil pump and in the process of driving the car home parking it for 8 days then to take it back to his shop on the 9th day - the Engine Blew - Car is dead. Mind you the car had not been driven except to bring home and take back to the shop so it sat and leeked oil for the 8 days. When the shop was contact regarding the oil leek - instantly without assessing the complaint the owner basically replied that the leek was steering wheel fluid and oil (Admission he new the car was leeking oil so how was this fixed). The car was originally taken in for a oil leek and replacement of a head. Charged $2,100 to fix and now the car cannot be driven. You do the math. FYI... Get a 2nd opinion by someone else before you allow this man and his shop to smooth talk you into spending unecessary money to keep his shop open and before you make a decision that may ruin your car completely like he did in my situation.

My car has been in their shop twice. Rebuilt twice and still does not work. They are scam artists. They have taken $1600.00 from me for what. My transmission has never been rebuilt correctly. These people are out to defraud the general public. They dont answer phones, never return calls. And lie to your face constantly. I now have no car because of them. I can not afford to pay for my transmission to be rebuilt agian. They had my car for three months and never managed to fix my transmission. This is a scam artist alert.
