The owner, Mike, met with me and explained everything, including photos of the problem.  Everything was completed on time, problem solved.  Definitely a keeper.

Couldn't be happier with the service here! I brought my car in with a check engine light on, at about 5:55 pm...Mike had no problem staying checking it out. I couldn't believe that he cared about me as a client after just meeting me. 

He was efficient and thorough, and explained to me exactly what was wrong (my car was idling low) and what my options were. At no point did I feel oversold or pressured. He wanted to see me leave safely in my car and nothing else.

 I felt totally taken care of, and trust Mike. I've always been weary of mechanics (as a woman we're usually victims when it comes to auto repair) I will definitely be back for continual service on all my vehicles.
