I had a new windshield installed, and the company that did it cut the wire to my remote starter. They agreed to pay for it so I called Todd's. They first told me 299.00. Told them the car has an after market alarm, so what did Todd do he ripped out my alarm and then installed the new remote start but he never finished it. I told them off about my alarm they said they had to get the company to pay for it and she then gave me my paper work and the price on that was 349.99 and they charged the company 399.99 and for a remote start that cost only 60.00. They wanted the windshield people to pay more to install the same remote starter. Just with the alarm and the cost of that system is 100.00 and they want more money after getting 4 bills. Plus they saw that I was handicap and I'm also a auto tec with over 40 yrs but they went right ahead and ripped me off. He comes off very nice but underneath he is not a very nice guy if he was he would have not ripped me off. STAY A WAY BIG RIP OFF

We took our car to Elsio because it would not start and we had a check engine light on. After holding our car for a couple of days to repair it. During the repair he decided to drive around with the car, and the car stalled. He never asked for our authorization to drive around with the car and even charged us for the tow. We complained and he decided to charge us half of the towing fee. He told us he had fixed the problem, but after driving with the car for a day the check engine light came on again, and soon after the car wouldn't start. We took the car to him again, and again he held the car at his shop for a few days in order to figure out what was wrong. When we went to pick it up, the car wouldn't start. We then had to leave the car with him for another couple of days. He said that he would fix the car without charging us because we complained. He then proceeded to change a part in the car and then charged us for this part even though he said he would do it for free. Don't bring your car here. They are the slimiest people and Elsio will rob you of your money.
