I made it to the Joppa exit ramp and put air in the tire at a quick mart/gas station. Not wanting to press on to a travel plaza for a tire repair I went to the nearby Day’s Joppa Auto Repair. They were able to help me immediately. When they pulled the bad front tire we found an unusual wear pattern that had worn one side down to the inner cord. Continued driving could have caused the tire to go flat again and possibly come apart. The other front tire was in a similar but less severe condition. I purchased a new set of front tires and an alignment to help with the wear pattern. They were able to get me back on the road in about an hour. As it was more than a simple flat tire, stopping there allowed me to get the problem fixed and continue my road trip. I found that Lissa, the general manager, and mechanics to be courteous, helpful and businesslike. The pricing and the services provided were right on the mark. I was pleased with the outcome and would use them again if I lived in the area.

I already brought this car to 2 different mechanics and they all told me the same that the EGR is fine. What it needs is to reset the computer -not just to delete the code, but to reset the computer. Like rebooting a pc. to get rid of the engine light. The car advisor Keith Laverty says they did it but the light keeps coming back. I have a feeling that this service advisor is telling a lie because a car needs to be driven before the lights will come out again. He charged me $89.99 for the check-up which I already told them that I know the problem - what I need is for them to "Reset the computer", not the code! This dealership just wanted to get money. They have no concern or even listens to the customers. Also, I came there 10am and told him that I need to be out by 11am because my wife has work at 12pm. I will not hand-in the car if we'll be late. He promised it can be done my 11am. It's already 11:30 when the car was ready. He even told me to drive faster to get my wife on time to work!! What a very bad service advisor. He is suppose to give good advise. But instead he already rob us of the service that was not given and yet they wanted us to get a speeding ticket or worse an accident!
