I tried everything to get the smoke smell out and nothing worked. I got an appointment very fast and the customer service was awesome. The smoke smell is gone and my car looks and SMELLS great! Best part is the price is great. Would definitely recommend.

Oh, need I say Mrs. Conrad, is one of the most cheerful person you would ever love to meet. I never seen some one so happy, she really left me with a great impression of how the world woud be if we had more people like her. Full of Love!
