4/13/2015 - These people are awesome!!! My son's trailer broke down while drivig through Wentzville, MO and required an emergency repair to the axle, while on his way back home to CA. He had called many other repair facilities as well as drove to them in the surrounding area and not one could help him out. He drove directly over to Nadler Welding Shop, when he pulled up they were finishing there last vehicle for the day and about to close. My son spoke to them, and they did not hesitate to help him and took him right in. WOW . . . That is HUGE! I just want you to know how grateful we are for all the considerations you made. Extremely poor customer service... Brad Ward (owner) refused to give me a quote until I showed him the insurance company estimate. I told him it didn't matter what the estimate was if I was paying out of my pocket. I simply need an estimate. He refused to give me one and proceeded to yell and scream at me so loudly that other people in the room could hear him when I held the phone away from my ear. I will NEVER do business with someone like this... Customer service was non-existant.
