My power steering pump was going out and I figured if these guys do state inspections they cant be too bad. WRONG!!!! They replaced it and the one they put on was bad. I went back to them and they told me to drive it a while that it may not have all the air out of the system. The manual gives directions on bleeding the lines when you replace the pump. After 4 weeks and 3 more visits they flat out told me they could do nothing about it. The said if they got another one it would probably be bad too!!!! WTF!!! They got the pump at O'Reilly's on Vivion Rd. The one guy who seemed to be just a little smarter than the other told me that if I buy one from the dealer they would install it for $45. Did I also say that I had to pay $45 to have the second one installed?? So I took a big chance and went to another shop and got the job done, done right the first time with no hassle. My advice is go to someone reputable, I should have read their feedback on the net. They had several bad reviews. Now they have one more.

Jeff the technician and his manager Greg Heins in service department, not even 1 star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. We bought a brand new Sienna and after getting home, noticed that the bottom cushion of middle seat was wobbly. We made an appointment to get it fixed, they said bring it back another day. We did. After 2 days, they did not even call us once to tell us what was going on with the van. We called in to complain and the service manager Greg said that they were supposed to call us...but they didn’t. So after 2 days of having our van, they tell us that they had to order parts to fix it so we had to bring the van back AGAIN. The manager called us and told us the parts were in that it would be fixed in 5 minutes...WRONG. It took half a day. They called us to tell us it was fixed and to pick up. Well the seat is still wobbly. Obviously a wobbly seat raises safety concerns, especially if our kids are going to be in there and obviously, this service dept. does not care about the safety of their customers. After 4 appointments, waste of time, and waste of gas, we still don’t have a fixed seat. Never again will we buy another TOYOTA or any car for that matter, from JAY WOLFE TOYOTA IN TIFFANY SPRINGS.
