P/U started making loud slap/clacking sound in engine but THEY didn’t notice it. Said if service engine lite came on to bring bk for 5 min plug n to code reader. < 1 mo later brought bk & was told would b a week b4 could ck it out. After spending appx $1400 they didn’t have time for me for 5 min code reader. WORST service ever by owner Eric Elkins. Would not even rate a 1 on scale.

I depend on it so much, not having it on the road was really stressing me out. The fact that you found the actual problem when a service station could not and you got me on your schedule very quickly should be plenty to give you a great recommendation. As they say on TV ads - but wait! There's more!! Your prices were more than competitive and the work was done as promised on time and an exact cost match to the quote. Went in to get an alignment and by the time my car was finally finished it ended up being almost $1200.00. If you are a woman make sure you get a second opinion. They will try to make sure you get a bunch of other stuff that really is not an issue at the time. Would not recommend.
